Hello Loves...
Unfortunately, we've been hearing about the loss of people due to suicide. It seems like every week, we are hearing about another person taking his or her own life. Friends, it is so important that we check on each other. Did you know that 1 out of every 4 people are dealing with some sort of mental health issue? That's a lot of people! Please take a moment to check on your friends and family; especially those who always seem to be okay and those who keep smiles on their faces. Often times, people hide their true feelings with smiles and the generic "All is well" or "Yep, I'm ok" Dig deeper and really check on them. Also, we must take inventory of our own feelings. If you are feeling down, and/or thinking negative thoughts, please understand that it is perfectly OKAY to ask for help. Remember...
