Paused & Distracted Walks

Hmmm...Ohhhh... Yep.... My Maddie loves her early morning walks and I enjoy them too...just one problem... Maddie stops and explores Wayyyy too much lol

Happy Sunday Loves! Prayerfully, you're having a great one! (Ain't my sweetie just the cutest dog in the world??!!!)

My little yorkie, Maddie, walks every morning. I don't care what happens, it could be raining and she still wants her walk!! Period!! lol. So, as we are walking along, we always run across some type of litter on the ground/grass that Maddie has to explore. It doesn't matter how big or how small, she has to stop and check it out!!.... Annoys the bleeeepppp out of me! Her stopping at every little thing she sees, delays my day significantly and then I'm stuck playing catch up (Thank God for my kids when it's their turn to take her lol... My day starts early and on time!)

I tell that story about Maddie bc there are soooo many people (I used to be one of them) to stop and explore everrryyything.... Yeah, it's no big deal on my days to stop and wait on Maddie when she's walking but it's a huge deal in my journey to the next level. I can't stop and explore everything as everything is not a part of my process! God has already mapped out my life so, when craziness arise, I must keep walking... no stopping to address it!

I want to encourage you to do the same my friend! Keep going in your journey of success. There will be distractions designed to attract you (trick of the enemy) to push you off your tracks......Put those Blinders on and Earplugs in and keep it moving. Stopping to explore and address is for leisure walking and vacations.... not for your grind.
