Ah, the ocean! So much more than just a body of water. I can remember this one time when I packed my children up ( in January) and headed off to the closest beach. Just felt the need to get away :). After checking into the hotel, I situated my babies and after they were good and sleeping, off to thought mode I went. Grabbing one of the blankets that lay on the master bed, I went out onto the balcony and focused all my attention on the ocean. The sun was just about to set so I could see all the beauty and feel the tranquility of it. I tried to adjust my eyes to see past the point where my eyes could actually see but of course, no luck lol. Which had me to thinkin'. The ocean travels so much further than we can see. Yes, we know it's there and we know it travels far but who's actually seen the "end" of the ocean??

Know that God is the eyes and the sight that sees further than we can! Our paths in life stretch far and it can get a little aggravating when we can't see past the point that I eyes can reach. Trust God to know what's beyond. You just focus on the points that you can actually see...
