You're so much in love; life is great and then the bombshell...he steps out on you and the relationship.

Unfortunately, it happens. Please understand that you are not the blame and you should never beat yourself up about it. People cheat for all sorts of crazy reasons. It's not your job to try to figure our why and what in the world did you do wrong. You put your "big girl" panties on and hold your head up high! Know your worth ladies. Of course It hurts...Cry it out if you must (nothing wrong with letting it all out) but don't stay there. Give yourself a time frame. A conscious decision to pull yourself out. You can do it!
