Oh yes! Most of the time, there is GOOD in goodbye. You just have to focus on it....

Hello Loves!

The day he/she leaves or you tap into your inner strength and walk away from him/her can be one of the hardest days of your life. It can make you feel like the world is closing in on you and it can feel like it's hard to even breathe at times (trust me, I know all too well). But, when I finished with the tears and began to reflect, I realized just how great it was to see the truth for what it was; the relationship was no longer working for either of us) I was able to push away all the "lovey dovey" feelings that was clouding my heart and my eyes and instead of looking at my break-up as a sad occasion, I began to focus on what I've gained from it. I've gained lots of new lessons (starting with trusting my intuition at all times), gained a stronger inner strength, and found a whole other level of self love. My advice to you would be to focus on all the good things around you, no matter how small, and hold onto it. Tell your self everyday that you are worthy, you are loved, and you matter. Sometimes, you may have to tell yourself more than once a day but for me, I found that the more I told myself, the more and more I realized just how true those sayings were.

Now, I'm not saying that this all happened overnight. It took a while to get to this point but once I've reached it, there was "no going back" (check out my true story- Wattpad.com) and the new me was born. Not to mention I now have soooooo much more room in my bed now that I'm not sharing it lol. So, my friend, there is an actual GOOD in goodbye. Tap into your inner strength, love and choose yourself, and choose to see the Good :)
