Write it out!

Sometimes, the frustration of it all will take you down...
Hello Loves!
I can remember a night when I was sooooo irritated and frustrated that I couldn't rest. I now know that it was my pain manifesting itself as anger (shout out to my previous blog post, It show's itself as ANGER!!!) It seemed like as the hours passed, my anger increased. I got to a point that I was ready to break up everything in front of me! Lamps, phone, TV, everything! That's when I knew I had to find a way to get all that anger out of me. I sat down on my bed, grabbed a pen and a notebook and began writing why I was angry. I wrote all of the things that I would say to the person who caused my pain if he was in front of me at that exact moment and yes, it was some choice words...a lot of choice words lol. I noticed that the more I wrote, the better I felt, so I just kept writing until the anger slipped away. Now, once the anger was all gone, I ripped the paper up and threw it away. It works, friend. On those days or nights when you are angry and or sad, use that time to write out your feelings. It's so much better than confronting that person; risking your reputation and causing unnecessary waste of time. Remember, to always remain a lady! or gentleman (if you're reading this) :) Stay focused and WRITE IT OUT!!
