No way! That's too much to share.

Hello Loves!

Working to feel better after pain can be extremely tough. Especially if you're embarrassed or ashamed about what happened to you. I know for me, I was a bit embarrassed and was a little apprehensive about sharing with others exactly what happened to me; I didn't want to be looked at as a failure. Well, my friend, I learned that the more I talked or written about it, the better I began to feel. I focused my attention on helping others and ignored any kind of backlash that may have come out of it. The more I opened my pain up for the world to see, the more of myself I took back. I became an open book, certainly not overnight, but over time. Each day, I would reveal a little more about myself and about my heartbreak. Friend, it's not easy but as I stated in other blog post and in other works of mine, find your way. Find your way to free yourself :). Never allow fear to stop you from moving closer to your peace. I removed my fear and I'm so glad that I did!!

Speaking of becoming an open book, I would like to introduce my new e-book... Getting Over It: 6 Proven Steps to Surviving a Broken Heart. In my book, I discuss 6 steps that I took to feel better after my heart was broken. Feeling better after heartbreak isn't easy but it's not impossible! This e-book will be available Nov 27, 2018 on Amazon!
