Sitting back missing him/her; wishing you were no longer alone...
Hello Loves!
When we are missing someone, are we actually missing are we missing him/her or the person we Wish they were? That's a great question! Have we actually taken the time to deconstruct the relationship? I know I didn't...... at first. I didn't think about the many times my intuition spoke to me and each time I ignored it (learned in the end that my intuition was on point) So I asked myself, was I actually sitting back missing my ex or was I missing the person I wanted him to be. As I often say, I had to rewire my brain a bit to think of him for who he really is or was. The man that I was married to was not a great man so why should I continue to waste my thoughts on missing him? I asked myself that question one night and the answer was obvious. I shouldn't waste my thoughts on him or the relationship. The relationship was not a healthy one and he wasn't treating me with the dignity and respect that I deserve! I stopped missing the "wished person" and dealt with the cold reality....Once I thought of him for who he really is or was, I felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders :)... Friend, when are you down about a relationship, ask yourself that one question. Are you missing him/her or a person that you wish they were.
