Hmmm.... Who is this person always informing me of what's going on behind my back? Does she/he actually have my back or is he/she informing me only to bring me down?

Awesome question! Have you ever asked yourself why? Why is she/he always coming to tell me information that they know will hurt me. In my case, I had this one "friend" who always found a way to reach out to me when my ex had done the ultimate. She never talked about anything good; always the stuff that would make anybody lose their mind, especially when healing is still progressing. So I asked myself, Yolanda, who is she to you? Is she really your friend or is she enjoying your pain? I figured out later that it was the latter and cut her off. You see, everyone doesn't have your best interest at heart. There are some who would smile in your face and hate your guts all at the same time. Now, I'm not saying that everyone who informs you are bad people. There are some who loves you and want only the best for you; my family and real friends was and still are the people who I can trust and who I know only inform me for my best interest. Not to cause me any pain (my family and "real" friends always had my back through all of my pain) I encourage you friend to watch closely. Watch the one or ones who always have the negative news for you. As I said before, you have to take inventory and sometimes clean out your circle. Not everyone is needed!

How can you trust a source who's never done anything to help themselves! My cousin was so on point when she posted this. I had to share :). Watch those my friend who offers negative information and unasked, uneducated criticism... Neither is good for You!
