Ohhh, he/she may be fine, but is he/she safe?

Oh girl, he is fine... I'm talking about Idris fine...Ghost with his shirt off fine (shout out to Power!)...whew weeee...that's sexiest at its best!

What if I came across "a Ghost" or that Idris looking guy who walked past you and almost made you scream? Ohhhh and don't let him talk like Idris... (in his acting voice or his natural voice) Chile, I will be so ready to "handle some stuff" if you know what I mean lol. Anyway, before I get into all that. I gotta know if he's safe! Meaning...can I trust my mind with that man? Can I trust my body with that man? and lastly but most certainly not least...can I trust my HEART with that man? Can I trust him? The short answer to that is no!!!! Not until I take the time, I meant really take the time to get to know him. Nope, not until I dig deep and learn exactly who I'm getting involved with. It took me years and years to learn that and as a result, I suffered more pain than I ever thought was possible.

You see... your mind, your body, and Your Heart is YOUR responsibility. It's not up to your lover to protect it (Although they should be decent enough to do so) Lord knows in my case, he wasn't... It was up to me to protect my heart. I want to encourage you today, my friend, to take charge of You! Guide You! Never leave the responsibility to someone else. If you've lived long enough, you most likely have suffered from a broken heart before and if not, you don't want to go through that hell. It hurts and in some cases... it hurts bad!

No matter how fine he/she is... check for the beauty underneath. It's not all about the way a person looks from the outside, but how they are packaged in the inside :).
