I'm keeping my smile...

Yep, I'm keeping my smile on my face! And you should too...

Heyyyy Loves!!!

First, I beg you to stay as safe as you can from this mess we got going on... COVID-19 is taking over.

Now, keeping my smile.... When I say that, I'm saying that I will no longer allow others to bring me down. I will no longer allow others to make me feel less than.... I will no longer allow others to Steal my joy... Period! People have a way of bringing others down and the crazy part is... they do it on purpose. We can't change what others do and how others act but we can certainly choose what We allow and decide. So with that being said, I will no longer allow a lover to take advantage of me... no more using me to get what they want (or in most of my cases, to survive) I will no longer allow them to come in and live off me.... Nope, not going to do it. I find it so disheartening that men had the nerve to involve themselves with my family, with my life, maneuver within my world only so they could have a place to stay, a place to eat, a place to lay their heads. Instead of working to take care of themselves, they hunted and preyed on a woman who they felt was weak enough to allow it... I am ashamed to say but I must tell the truth... I was in fact weak... I was so anxious to have a "family" that I overlook their true purpose... Ha! NOT ANYMORE! I am no longer that woman...I now Listen and Hear when a potential mate comes my way... I use every bone in my ear and every Intuition in my gut to pay close attention. I would rather be by myself... happy... than giving my precious time to someone... miserable (GROWN MAN) who isn't Strong enough to take care of himself...

So now, if you have to kick some asses out of your home, out of your life, out of your circle, then so be it! Don't allow someone to remove your beautiful smile off your face. I did for too many years and now, I say NO MORE!
